Ezer Fit is here to help you on your path to wellness through Functional Personal Training and General Nutrition Advice. DANIEL SCOTTON, CPT
Daniel Scotton is a certified personal trainer and Nutrition Coach with NASM. He discovered his passion of weight lifting and health whenever he started working out consistently in the gym in 2016. He enjoyed it so much that he built a gym in his garage and started to help friends and family reach their goals. It was there that he realized that this was what he was meant to do. When you sign on with Daniel, he will help you build your work out routine and reach your goals in health and wellness. What to expect: First, schedule your free initial assessment either by emailing us or scheduling online. This helps Daniel know where you are physically and what will benefit you the most when you start your training.
In order to see results with personal training, it’s important to be consistent. If you do not consistently schedule, you will feel like you are starting all over again. You will have regular evaluations as you continue to work with Daniel.

fIT TOGETHER GROUP CLASSES
Daniel Scotton, CPT teaches group classes at our closed, fully equipped studio. Classes will range from full body circuits to Core strengthening.

We take the approach that we want your body to be strong to do daily activities instead of weakening as you age. Bone loss, chronic back pain, obesity, and loss of balance in the latter years are major issues in our nation and can be prevented through strengthening key places in the body and proper nutrition.
If you are looking to lose weight, we can help you in this area as well because weight loss should not come from restrictive dieting and losing and gaining weight too fast. It also does not stick when you use companies who use “lose weight fast” drops or pills. These products are usually horrible ingredients that can lead to organ failure or teach way too restrictive diets that can lead to thyroid, gut, and nutrient deficiencies. Having a team that understands the complex body is imperative to reach optimal health.
