  • We will ship it out within 1-3 business days. We are a small business and appreciate your patience. We have local pick up available as well.

  • Due to regulations, we cannot advise online with dosage. If you have questions about how much of a vitamin to take, you will have to contact our Master Herbalist at info@ezerwellness.com to set up a coaching session. As a client, she can advise you. For the herbal supplements, you can follow the back or contact us at info@ezerwellness.com for a coaching session.

  • As a Master Herbalist, Deanna can coach you on lifestyle changes, diet changes and overall picture of what might be holding you back from wellness. Most people need someone to keep them accountable, educate them on health and walk beside them to reach a good place. Deanna has been walking beside many in the last two years. She is also finishing up her Holistic Health Practitioner degree and will be able to go beyond herbal medicine.

  • Lyme disease, viruses, adrenal issues, healing the gut, brain fog, autoimmune diseases, weight loss, dry skin, children, trauma, and digestive issues. She has experience from helping many see the big picture when it comes to health. Unfortunately, the medical system likes to throw a pill on a symptom but there is always an underlying condition. If you are patient and willing to try new lifestyle changes, you could reach a better place with your health.

  • You can click on the fullscript icon at the bottom left of the website. You need to create a username and password. Deanna will add your supplements directly to your page and send it via email for you to see.

  • Absolutely. Our office location is 113 W Starmount Ave Liberty, NC 27298.

    You need to text/call ahead to 336.223.6719 or email us at info@ezerwellness.com to set up a pick up time.

  • You can email us at info@ezerwellness.com to receive the forms to fill out. These need to be returned via email, mail or in person before your first consultation.

  • We accept cash, check, credit cards, paypal or venmo. There are links directly on the “work with me” section that you can pay directly on. If you have a referral discount, you will have to contact us directly (info@ezerwellness.com) so that we can invoice you.

    You can pay in person, over the phone or we can send you an invoice to pay in advance.

    Please make sure to pay your consultation fee BEFORE your consultation.

  • We have a variety of supplements in our office that you can purchase. If you need a different supplement or have a plan set up in fullscript, you can use the fullscript button at the bottom of our page to sign in and see your health plan. You may also call our office to have items shipped to you or picked up in person.

  • You have 30 days to return your product unopened. We cannot receive any products that have been used. You will need to pay for shipping to return the items. Please contact our office at 336.223.6719 or info@ezerwellness.com.
